This Association's membership includes all homeowners in Cotswold, Lancashire, Nottingham, Southampton, and Suffolk at Oak Manor. The Monthly Assessments are paid by all members, and the fees contribute to the upkeep of The Villages of Oak Manor's common elements, i.e. clubhouse and pool. For a closer look at the operations of the Association, please view the annual budget.
